ABSTRACT This in this system we develop wireless bomb disposal robot. This robot helps to amendment defense of our nation from terrorist, suicide bombers and other such activities. This system required expert operator to handle this system, but this method of analyzing takes more time and bomb disposal with bare hand make danger to life of expert. The main idea behind our system is defense to a bomb disposal squad against the existence threatening risk, faced by a bomb disposal squad in the incident of a blast. This robot will be controlled by remote control and using wireless remote operator can control the whole activities of robot. In given system remote control send the input signals over the WI-FI control to the receiver side, where it is received, identified and given to the appropriate module (Robot) to act. The robot to be composed of a Robotic Arm, Jaw, a Robotic Base, and Wireless camera on it. The main aim of this robot to provide safety and security to person for handling hazardous material like bomb. This robot can be handled by the operator by using android mobile application which developed in android technology. The ARM used in it receives the commands from the android phone through Bluetooth model connected to it and controls the Stepper motor connected to the robotic wheels

 INTRODUCTION The word robot was derived word from robata that had done the development in the field of robotics in various forms like manipulators, humanoids, micro robots etc. In the current situations the industries are Turning towards is the automation to robotization.Thus, the robot technology is advancing rapidly The robot that we are going to develop is a command and control robot. The robot takes commands from the user in the form of signal and performs the right action. We have developing this system just to secure the life bomb diffusers. We have to take a fix distance to perform the action. which he normally has to do with his bare Arm .The mainidea of this robot is to provide the bomb disposal squad with safety and security from the risks that they face every day. The bomb disposal squads of Pune have metal detectors and other equipment for bomb detection and disposal, but they have to risk their lives by approaching the bomb or the suspicious packet without any safety and precautions.

In certain applications, many times it is not desirable for a human to go to a certain place physically. Applications like detecting and diffusing a bomb, spying a place or detecting a land mine are examples of such situations. Our advance military robot will be very helpful in such situations with the help of a night vision camera, and two robotic arms which can grab objects and cut wires and hence it can be sent to such dangerous locations and can be accomplish the objectives. In This Manner Our Project Plays A Crucial Role In Military As Well As In Our Police Department. In This Project, We Have Introduces A New Application Using Two Techniques I.E. Spying And Bomb Disposal Implemented By Using Arduino Kit. In Future, We Can Also Implement Bomb Diffusion Technique In This Project. It Can Be Used In Radar Detection Systems To Detect Objects By Implementing Other Hardware. Advanced Military Spy Robot and Bomb Disposal, Rajat Desai , Pankaj Naik , Arun chalwadi. The bomb detectors and disposal system works only with the presence of experts. But this way of analyzing takes more time and make risk to life of experts. The Wireless Bomb Disposal Robot uses a control application, at the user end to control the robot remotely using Wireless technology. The bomb technician controls the robot using this application at control site. Input from the user is transmitted over Bluetooth to the Receiver, where it is received, identified and given to the appropriate module (Robot) to act. The Robot consists of a Base, a robotic Arm and a wireless camera on it. We have used DC motors for the elbow and the gripper of the robotic arm. As we are not risking the life of a bomb expert or any other commando.

EXISTING SYSTEM In existing there are manual work of human for bomb disposing that’s why there are to much risk for the human being. Many systems have been Develops for various Purpose. There is certain system which are used for bomb disposing using the signal od android Application.

PROPOSED SYSTEM In the proposed system robot can cast their work on the basis on remote control. The wireless bomb disposal robot uses a control application at the user end to control the robot remotely using wireless technology. The bomb technician controls the robot using this application at control site. Input from the user transmitted over ZigBee to the receiver, where it is received identified and given to the appropriate module (Robot) to act. As we are risking the life of a bomb expert or any other commando. Hence introducing safest way for disposing the explosive to save life of common people. 

Background This system is developed for use by operator with a simple and self-explanatory GUI in android phone. This is robot that can be used by bomb disposal cod, police, army to dispose the bomb. All the operators must do registration and then login.after login this system allows to handle robot. Bomb disposal system contain: a) Operators/Users information stored in database. b) Operators/Users Names with Unique ID and password. c) Operator can handle the robot through the android authenticated device. d) Artificial arm can also handle by the operator/User to cutting wire. 

Project Perspectives The product is abomb disposing robot with a simple GUI. The project is developed by using python,Android. It requires Android Studio. 

Project Functions The project has a MySQL server back-end which takes care of authencate the users. The users must connect to the server to authenticate their identification against the user id and password. 4.4 Overview The word robot was derived word robata which means a forced laborer then later a well-known science fiction writer Isaac Asimov coined the word robotics. From there on various different developments are being successfully done the development in the field of robotics in various forms like manipulators, humanoids, micro robots etc. the most of industries are moving towards the robotics replacing the automation. Thus, the robot technology is advancing rapidly. The robot that we are going to develop is a command and control robot. This robot takes commands from the user in the form of signal performs the action that is required to user. The robot provides high security as compare human resources. It reduces human resources using android mobile application. The robot takes all the risk which cannot easier for the human bomb diffusers.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE Following figure shows the architecture of proposed System. Fig.No 1 System Architecture In this system operator will be control the robot throw remote control ,means it can control the robot by using android device or computer. Artificial arm is used to wire cutting purpose which is also in control of operator. In this system data base also available for data storing , by using this data user authentication done. 5. APPLICATION We have designed it as an assistant robot to the bomb disposal squad but there are a number of other applications of this robot. It can be used by: Police: In hostage situations.  Military: For reconnaissance missions.  Fire: To provide video feedback of the site for analysis.  op k utility frequent item set

CONCLUSION The system Wireless Disposal Robot design in Android Application so it is easy to handle and also user friendly. It can handle radioactive materials. It has countless applications and can be used in different environments and scenarios. For instance, at one place it can be used by the bomb disposal
