INTRODUCTION
The Advanced Automobile Safety System is primarily a microcontroller based system using various sensors and detectors. The system implemented aims to reduce the road accidents in the near future caused by drunk driving. The system aims to do this by using an alcohol detector, which senses a change in alcohol gas content in the surrounding air. If a change in the alcohol level is sensed in the vehicle, it immediately locks the engine of the vehicle. This is done to prevent the intoxicated drivers from starting the vehicle.
