This Alcohol Detection System serves as a preventive measure for road safety by integrating with an automobile ignition locking system. Using the MQ3 Alcohol Sensor, it detects alcohol vapor from the driver’s breath and restricts vehicle ignition if alcohol is detected.

Working Principle
The MQ3 Alcohol Sensor detects alcohol molecules in the air and produces a voltage output proportional to the alcohol concentration. This voltage activates a buzzer and LED alert system to notify the user. Additionally, the system can integrate with a vehicle’s ignition to lock operation when intoxication is detected.
